Corrections Policy

SCAND.Ai publishes automated analysis of AI-industry controversies. Every story is grounded in the linked sources shown on its page, attributes allegations to the parties making them, and never presents unadjudicated claims as established fact. When we get something wrong, we fix it — fast and visibly.

Report an error

Email contact@scand.ai with the story URL and what is wrong. If you are a named party requesting a right-of-reply, say so — replies from named parties are added to the story.

Our commitments

  • 48-hour SLA: substantiated factual errors are corrected, and clearly defamatory or legally deficient content is removed, within 48 hours of a substantiated report.
  • Visible corrections: material corrections are appended to the story's timeline — we do not silently rewrite.
  • Removal is real removal: removed stories return HTTP 410 and leave our feeds, sitemaps, caches, and machine-readable exports.
  • Right of reply: named parties may submit a response, which is published alongside the analysis.

What does not qualify

Disagreement with a noise score, a state label, or the fact of coverage is not a factual error — those are our editorial measurements, described in our methodology. Accurate reports of public allegations, clearly attributed to their sources, are not errors.
